The vintage muscle cars from Australia are cool, but what makes one cooler? A special edition, like this one, a John Goss Special.
When legendary Australian racer John Goss won the 1974 Bathurst 1000, Ford celebrated the triumph with a special edition Ford XB Falcon. Each John Goss Special came with a GS Rally Pack, GT-style side vents and 12-slot wheels.
It is believed that Ford produced only 260 to 800 of these limited-edition cars. This example is fully restored.
Find this 1975 Ford XB Falcon John Goss Special Hardtop for auction at Shannons, with an estimated winning bid of $150,000-$170,000 AUD (approximately $101,745-$115,311).
