Would Nicolas Cage steal a Lynx Jaguar XKSS? While the seller didn’t say exactly how the star of the 2000 film “Gone in 60 Seconds” acquired it, he did own it for a number of years.
Perhaps Cage liked how it was built to resemble the XKSS once owned by another film star, Steve McQueen. Lynx, who built this Jaguar XKSS, was once tasked to restore McQueen’s original XKSS.
While most Lynx examples feature a wet-sump 4.2-liter engine, this one uses a period-correct 3.8-liter with Weber carburetors.
Find this 1967 Lynx Jaguar XKSS for sale at Dylan Miles, with an asking price of £349,995 (approximately $465,000 USD).
