Certainly, when you think of Ferrari, you think of red. That’s why a Ferrari in any other color stands out, even if it’s black. This Ferrari 275 GTB/4 was originally painted in Nero (aka black), the first of only six that came with the exterior shade from the factory.

The first owner of this example, Dr. Luigi Ravizza of Italy, competed with the Ferrari in hillclimbs, winning his class in an event in 1968. The car comes with photos of Dr. Ravizza’s motorsports exploits.

The seller says, “this 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 is an impressive example of Ferrari’s finest and one that is sure to capture the attention of not only Ferrari enthusiasts, but also modern gentleman racers seeking their own hillclimb racing adventure.”

Find this 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 up for auction at Mecum, with an estimated winning bid of $3,500,000-$3,800,000.
