I've been looking at early SN95s since i saw eds and the one pat bought. 

Also no billet wheeled turbos 

Everything will get a t3/4 and will be controlled via a raising rate fuel pressure regulator. 

I might know someone with several cases of TireFlys laying around....

I'm legitimately over here thinking about trying to fix the Northstar Sedan DeVille in the front yard. I think I can make it live long enough to get a 1/4 mile pass and an autocross run in. 

So I guess bringing my 96 Impala SS

to spectate this year was a case of premature anticipation ???

I suspect someone will have some 80s and 90s GRMs around to see what tires TireRack was promoting in full page ads at the time. It's my opinion, which isn't worth much, that the period correct TireRack advertisements to the target market that were in the publication should dictate the spec of tires that are allowed. If they have autocross Hoosiers, then so be it. If it's all nitto drag radials and Comp T/As then so be it.

Sadly, you can probably go out to the driveway and sweep most of them up.

Everything I'm seeing mentioned here actually seems to be too late in the period, at least according to my recollection.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do car wise, but I just set a CL alert for Honda Spree and I'm shopping for a mesh midriff tank top and shorts short enough that Stampie is going to ask me for my number. 

LS engines were available in the late 90's IIRC.

1997.  but they weren't commonly swapped into things during the era we are looking at.

As far as I can tell they really took off in the early 2000's for swaps.

I'd say for cheap people like me you don't really find donors until they're at least 5 years old so maybe cut off at 95?

My EGT already has a carpeted dash pad and louvers. I won't do a bra or GTO film on either the headlamps or taillamps. 

I also just want to see someone attempt to limp a 27 year old 7 bolt 4G63 through the weekend, hopefully swapped into a Mitsubishi Expo or Dodge Colt. 

I also want to see a duster turbo and AWD Tempo with a manual transmission. 

First truck motors were in '99, LS1s started in 97. I don't remember LS swaps being that big of a thing until the late 00s. 

Good news is LT1s are still cheap.
