You know, I have a stack of Max Power magazines....
Are those the ones with boobs in them?
More just a lot of ICE, rubber band tires and loud paint. Oh, and everyone drove a Vauxhall. I'll have to grab some next time I'm upstairs. (I know, like it's so far.)
And a PS to the Zender catalog. We were also a W/D for Kamei and Xenon plus a ton of other "blue chip" brands like Koni, Hella, Nardi, Weber, K&N, VDO, Momo, etc. I have catalogs here somewhere.
No installs--just wholesale and retail sales. Popular cars for us: Fox Mustangs, first-gen RX-7s, box Maximas, Rabbits and anything wearing a Datsun badge.

Loving the Radwood class!
Now do I bring the '91 Firebird back that I ran in 2013/14 or build a new car?
I found this pretty lady in my daily Facebook Search! Located in Florida
1993 Volvo 940 Turbo Wagon 4D - With lots of aftermarket goodies!
Facebook MarketPlace Link!
I also found this little oddball of a Gem... $450 bucks is hard to beat! FB Marketplace link
Its a litthe confusing where the car is located. It says Cape Coral Fl But it also says it can be picked up in Ohio?
Either way. Car seems to have been setup for AutoX and was competitive. I know nothing about these cars but I think it would be cool to save it and run it in this class.
From the post:
Pontiac Grand Am track car, but has legal title for street use. This car has sports gas struts and lowering springs and suspension mods for autocross and road racing, was a Nationally competitive Scca solo / autoX car and can be a good oval track mini stock too. This is a roller without engine or trans but all the rest is complete.. setup for Quad 4 w/5 speed. $500 OBO. Needs frt brakes and one line repaired. Car can be picked up in Ohio later this month, delivery in NE for a fee is available too

I actually won the CASC-Ontario Region Autocross G-stock class in one of these many years ago.
*confirmed, that is the Grandamnit. Sucks that it was cannibalized for the motor, but to each his own, I suppose.

Are pop up headlights required or just a bonus?
Oh and if you bring a car with a digital dash, you should get special recognition of some sort.
Oh how about T tops? it's starting to sound like spec Z31
Don't forget about the talking dash tech of the 80s

thats what I remember the most, with the Nissans, but a quick seach now tells me many Chryslers had it, and Starions that played early video game theme music.

I recall I believe a lebaron convertible driven by the detective in the glorious Christian Slater movie Gleaming the Cube featuring a very young Tony Hawk repeatedly telling him your door is ajar after the door got ripped off? Either way that movie is chock full of radwood correct goodness

Dude, that was a glorious Oldsmobile Trofeo. If you'd show up with that and a diamond plate fishtail skateboard, you'd win everything. Forever.
In reply to nocones :
The_Jed needs that to replace the Subaru.

My first thought as well. IIRC Mike posted that it was going to be returned to former glory. :-(

On this week's episode of "I shoulda bought it:" The Grandammit, and the Rolls Royce. Oh Well. It just occurred to me we *DO* still have the original A-Hole CRX from the $2004 Challenge, which coincidentally has the goofy "Lambo doors"
Do you think this Supra body on a shifter kart chassis would Radwood-legal?
In reply to Pete Gossett :
Looks like a production body to me
It would probably be a great vehicle for cruising the pits, at the very least.

I know the mods well over there. I told them to let me know if something pops up. I'll have my Evo III by then so if I don't get something I may just drive that from Colorado just to hang out.
