1990 Turbo Miata (Challenge Car content warning!) $2014 Atlanta

I hate to put this up for sale, I really did have big dreams for this car. Turns out I need to move to Portland next week. Although this thing runs, I ain't driving it there. I'd like to see it go (intact) to a better home.

I have removed the seats and harnesses (still available) and it has been sitting under a cover for a few months, waiting for me to graduate so I could play with it. Well, you know how these things go! My loss will hopefully be someone's gain.

Of course this is in Atlanta! How close is this being road worthy? No, I can't buy this. But someone else might be interested in the info..

It was straight piped and really stiffly sprung when we had it-so yeah, it's streetable as it sits.

No other changes since I took delivery! It should probably be tuned more (it's running MegaSquirt) before really pushing it. Oh, and don't do it when it's raining lightly (as I did) because it's on Hoosier R6's and has no windshield wipers. Unless you're in a Burger King parking lot. They were surprisingly okay with it.

It's a fun car and was quite competitive.

Going to post it on craigslist tonight for $3000. If all else fails I'm going to stuff the fast bits (rollerskate?) into the U-Haul :(

damnit I want this. If they would accept my Gen as a trade for a new SWMBO car I would be on my way to atl right now.

If there is an active Exocet forum out there, you should post it there. It would be the perfect donor for one. You might even reach out to Warren, who is active on this forum, and ask him if they know of anyone looking for a donor.

I'm located right off I-75, just north of where it splits off from I-85. I'm planning to hit the road Tuesday morning (July 1st). We should really just have some sort of Miata exchange program so I can pick one up when I get to Portland :)

Yeah, this car is PERFECTLY streetable
