That looks like a great start to make something like the rotary powered Isetta that was at the challenge several years ago.
Even at that price I can't help thinking there are one too many zero's in that price.

As a resident of a state that is extremely anal about titles (Ohio), the paperwork alone could be worth that much if it'd pass an inspection here.

Fair point. Living to the North of you in a free State means were not subject to such a draconian DMV
