Princess Auto sells them.
Dunno if they ship to the states. Perhaps Harbor Freight?
Champion still manufactures them new for aerospace. They're pretty common in that industry.
You can also get used units pretty cheap on eBay (well not HF cheap but 1/10th of the price new)

PA's prices have gotten out of control. They were always expensive (for the junk they sell), but there's no justification for being 4 1/2 times the price

I've got a hft $10 special, it works sort of. Added more iron oxide and really have to shake the bag but basically a little sand blaster for spark plugs. Won't work on really gunked up plugs with coked oil
