The only advice (which you may have already read) on the PC is to make sure you have a good, dedicated air drier on the air inlet to the PC. I use the inline Harbor Freight dessicants. They're about $10.
Keep plenty of spare tips on hand, it does tend to consume them. And then the cuts aren't quite so clean, with a worn-out tip.
Been a busy few weeks. Did the track event at Daytona in the BRZ. That was a freaking blast! Now...
Dash is test fit. Now to the wires...
And got the rest of the front end together finally!
Hoping to finish the cage next week on my days off.

Same thing happening with these Chargers. Finding hulled out bodies now for $3500 and up! Just nuts!
I think the prices have been dragged up by the high cost of 68-70 Chargers, where it seems like anything with a VIN has a $20K asking price, no matter how much restoration work is needed. Makes me really regret not buying one 15-odd years ago when you could get a pretty decent driver for $20K and projects were under $5K. Oh well...
The build looks great!
Wow, I can't believe it has been so long since I updated the build! Needless to say I managed to make some progress:
Upgrades coming soon will be a conversion to 5 speed gearbox and a 408 stroker engine.
berkeley yeah, man! I don't care if that's got a 2 barrel 318 and a 904, it looks awesome!

Looks great.
When I look at the picture I envision that it idles super loud with a super lumpy cam. If it were to be described as "unnecessarily loud" then that is probably the correct volume.
Too cool!
Tell me the exhaust dumps under the door and I can die happy.
Looks incredible!!

Shake 'n Bake! - That is a Great looking Vehicle!
No replacement for displacement, so letter that hood! Also, the "K&K Insurance" needs to grow! Otherwise, this is perfect unto itself. Great job. That is all.
Jaw, meet floor. WOW.

Oh we had a change of plans along the way. It has a 5.9 with 4bbl for the moment.

Sounds nasty! Does everyone clear a path for you when out on the road?

I certainly got some looks. :) It is a fun car to cruise around in. Not so much on gas mileage!

Loud's Good WAY GOOD ......VEGAS BABY!!!!
Ditto on the K&K sticker, but needs to go about a inch lower and the rims need about 4-5 more inches of width and tires to match. Other than that it is outstanding good job.
In reply to brad131a4 :
It will get that eventually. If I don't just build a second one. :) I'll have to roll the fenders to get a wider tire in there. When we did the road course at Daytona, I was tucking the rears WAY up in the fender wells on the bus stop.
