We have a different definitions of "unmolested"....but I'm glad you ended up keeping the one you wanted.
I snagged some "waffle star" wheels with tires from a '94 GT today. I thought they were 16 x 7, but according to teh webz they're 7.5" wide. I shall investigate!
Huh...couldn't find any info stamped or cast into the wheels. I guess I'll just run my o.e. wheels if I make it to an autocross next year, just to be sure I'm street class legal.
Wait, I had to come back. You almost traded your Lincoln for a rusty Mustang. Almost.
You have a death wish don't you?
I can see it now.......
Morbid: Why is there a rusty Mustang in the driveway?
Jed: Uhhhh
Morbid: And where's the Lincoln?
Jed: Uhhhhhhh
Morbid: Death Glare

Lol! That is exactly how that would go down. I'd be frantically searching for my keys and trying to non-chalantly sneak toward the door after the first "uhhhh".

Kind of like the time I woke up and there was a Crown Vic in the driveway and he claimed to know nothing about it or how it got there?

Terribly installed urethane A-arm bushings- $400 (yeah, WAYY over priced on that one.) Fuel pump and hanger assembly- $300 New distributor with cap, rotor and TFI module- $80 KYB GR-2 Struts- $180 FSB bushings and endlinks- $25 Ignition switch- $38 6 feet of fuel line (for vacuum hoses)- $18 Throttle position sensor- $38 Both coolant temperature sensors- $26 for one $11 for the other = $37 Replacement right rear caliper- $31 Thermostat with gasket- $12 Extra MAP sensor and IAC valve (came with a bunch of crap from the junkyard, 1/2 price wedesday)- $5 Passenger side window motor(robbed from blue Mark VII)- $0 So, not counting my labor that's $1,164 total, unless I've forgotten something. I still need to fix the driver's side window motor/track and, eventually rebuild/replace the transmission.
"Waffle Star" '94 GT wheels with worn but decent 225/55R16 tires - $80
New total = $1,244

You should have seen how happy she was when I brought home that second Mark VII!
My new wheels, the previous owner painted them black, I will be painting them white. They came with center caps and lug nuts.
The tires match, but two were mounted with the ribbed sidewall out and two were mounted with the ribbed sidewalls in.
I scrubbed the brake dust off of the wheels and was surprised to see they were white on the inside and they were labeled by position. The owner before the guy I bought them from may have been a racer.
