On a side note I sold $275 worth of parts yesterday. Sold the stock radio, a/c panel, center console and armrest.

The stock C5 shift knob is a crime against humanity. It's like someone took a black baseball, smashed it square in a vice, cut a rectangular hole in the center, and slapped a weird plastic sticker in there with the shift pattern on it.
Definitely keep us posted on the sell off of the green C5 curious to seee where you net out, any difficulties in the part out and what happens with anything remaining.
Sorry I pulled the drivers seat apart. The back piece was cracked and flexing. Also a piece that alows for height adjustment was broken. I pulled the seat from the parts car apart as well and combined the two into one seat.
And now for the money shot...
My wife used her silhouette machine to make me some numbers...
In line for tech.
So far I have done one session. The car feels good, no issues. Temp was good the whole time as was the oil pressure.
The drivers seat is terrible, it feels loose and flexible. The stock seat from my SE-R is far better.
Not having a harness sucks. That will be rectified soon enough.
The car has more body roll then I expected.
I have a lot of learning to do, it is a whole new ball game actually driving something with some balls to it.
Dropped 1.5 seconds on my second session.
Have a whine possibly from the torque tube. Goes away when clutch is depressed, or when you lift off throttle (no load).

Throwout bearing is my guess. But when you pull it apart to do one, you do both
I've had throwout bearings that only whine when the load of driving happens. there is a rebuild kit for the torque tube that pretty much entails bearings. It's probably worthwhile to do it all in one shot
That's the plan. I changed the differential fluid and the transmission fluid at the track. Both were dirty but no metal in fluid or on magnetic drain plug.
If it is the torque tube bearing or throw out it should be fine to do the sessions tomorrow.
In other news I mounted the nt01's for tomorrow's sessions.
Did one session today so far. The whine is still there, changing fluids didn't help.
I was running 1:27's pretty consistently. I was on pace for a high 1:25 on one of the laps but got held up by traffic
Here is my buddy Dave's 2016 M3. It's pretty badass.
My other buddy brought his RSX Type-S.
I got my wife to take pictures for me...
I am pretty sure the noise is the rear differential. I am going to order a rebuild kit and look into what it takes to remove it from the car.
In other news I just sold the ABS module from the parts car for, drum roll please...
$1000.00

Jesus, how close does that get you to challenge pricing? If you don't mind my asking. You can't be that far off.
Said it before but the final result is great and faster than I expected.
I don't have all the receipts in front of me but I am no where near Challenge pricing. I wish
The car was 4200 after fees. The parts car was 2200. Paint and body work was 2000.
8400 - 1000 ABS pump - 540 head light and interior pieces puts me at roughly 6860 ish. I then bought 600 worth of tires and brakes which brings me back up to roughly 7500. My goal is sub 7k which is totally doable.
