Can't tell you why, but I believe SD/ND cars tend to stay very clean - maybe too cold to salt?
This one is awesome, such a unique body style. I love the wrap-around taillights.
South and North Dakota don't use as much salt as Minnesota. Minnesota cars are rotted and North Dakota cars are relatively rust free. Mostly I think it's because they believe in low taxes and therefore don't have clean roads. But whatever.

Or a vast majority are farm/ranch folk that learn to drive in snow or stay home till its safe, because nobody plows farm roads, thus requiring less salt
I want to like it, but, man the proportions are just super wonky, especially around the quarter panels.
