Long time listener, first time caller. In pulling together some of what the car has for the purposes of posting it on the forums, I pulled up the 2011 BMW 3 series sales brochure, which states "Joy has no finish line."

Well as they say, all good things come to an end and since SWMBO can't drive stick and with an autocross car in the garage, its not worth the fight.

I am third owner. First owner was in either SW or SE Florida and owned the car a few years before being sold to my SIL in SC. SIL, being married to a doctor, was buying the car for her 16 year old daughter (LUCKY!).  I seem to recall doctor was a BMW enthusiast. Anyhow, about 2 years ago, with daughter headed to college, SIL went to trade in the car and was shocked how little it was worth, depreciation and all.  Enter one of the few relatives who can drive stick and appreciate this type of car.

The car is blue water mettalic, 6 speed m/t, and the sport package adds 18x8 f and 18x8.5r r sport wheels, a sport suspension, thicker steering wheel, and seat bolsters.

Good: All service in SC was at BMW of Columbia, and I have all records.  Under my ownership I have replaced the water pump, battery, and all four shocks with Koni Sports. Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires in OEM size were purchased in April and are essentially new. New clutch w/in approx 20k., and VANOS recall has been done.

Bad: Was a teenager's daily driver for a few years. Fortunately, the car was meticulously maintained by the BMW dealer.

Ugly: All cosmetic and will be shown in photos below. Car was garage kept in a single car garage immediately before my ownership, and there are scrapes on the front side bumper. There is what I guess I would call a pock-mark in the rear bumper from backing into something.  Driver rear tail light has a hole that for the past 6 months or so has been covered by clear tape. Front bumper has two inch hole from I-95 road debris. One cup holder (which come out from the dashboard) does not come out.

Odometer has 105k and climbing, as it is my daily driver.  This car has been the nicest, fastest car I have ever owned ... which I will freely admit isn't saying much, but is has been a joy to drive. It will be a joy for the next owner.

Asking $9,500 obo, and hope it goes to someone who can really appreciate it like I have. I can be reached at trey christy at hotmail dot com

Was in a bit of a rush earlier, just found out how to post multiple photos. I'm fighting against technology and losing.
