That would be a great starting point for a cheap track car.......I kinda want it. Not quite enough to buy it but temped.

IMO it would be good to save it from drifting.
It'd make a great CAM-T car with a 331 or 347.
The only thing scary about that car is the LCA's. I have never see that style of aftermarket arm on a Fox Mustang.
If your sons buys it have him investigate the maker of that arm and make sure that it can hold up to his intended use.
Better yet replace it with any of the many aftermarket LCA's that are a known item and won't fail.
