Is Concours d'Lemons just another Iola, Carlisle car show without the swap meet?  Are the car involved still Concours type vehicles (cleaned with Q-tips, rubbed with Diapers, never driven only trailered) just not the usual qualification for judging? I have read about them in GRM but never had the opportunity to attend.

Lemons attracts a mix: great examples of "meh" cars and "meh" examples of great cars. So you might find a perfect, perfect (insert "meh" car here) or a truly clapped-out example of something that would tradtionally wow the crowd.

The event doesn't take itself too seriously, though. That's probably a common denominator. It's fun.
