I need someone in management to look in to my attempt to renew my subscription to CM for 2 years.  I sent in my renewal on Feb. 25, in a business size envelope with my check and renewal card inside.  My zip code is 44130.  I have called your subscription service twice and they are unable to tell me if they received it.  I have concerns because the USPS in the Cleveland area is terrible.   They recently took 3 weeks to deliver my credit card payment, and I was charged a late fee, which we protested and they removed the fee.  If you need more infirmation please contact me.  Al Cooke

Al, the subscription customer service line is the best way to handle this. Since they do not seem to have the check, I would recommend considering the February renewal lost in the mail and filing a dispute with your bank for it. From there, you can call the subscription customer service line and ask them to process a new renewal for you. They can take your credit card information over the phone so that you do not need to mail a check.
