I need someone in management to look in to my attempt to renew my subscription to CM for 2 years. I sent in my renewal on Feb. 25, in a business size envelope with my check and renewal card inside. My zip code is 44130. I have called your subscription service twice and they are unable to tell me if they received it. I have concerns because the USPS in the Cleveland area is terrible. They recently took 3 weeks to deliver my credit card payment, and I was charged a late fee, which we protested and they removed the fee. If you need more infirmation please contact me. Al Cooke
