another +1 for the Z06.
The Z06 isnt exactly geared for autocross, but it would be a killer car for drag racing and time attack stuff for sure.
STI would be a potent contender, except they are heavy cars, and can feel cumbersome on the tight little autocross courses.
I looked at the rules. It appears you can have 5 tires total, with a treadwear greater than 140. I guess a square set up would be much better than a staggered set up. E46 M3 is my final answer.

It looks like the rules say you can only swap out one tire. I don't see it saying you can't have a spare front and rear with you.
