The schedule's been tweaked for this year. Here it is. You can also see it on the event page.
Nov 15:
9 a.m.–noon — Registration and Tech
Noon–6 p.m. — Autocross
4 p.m.–10 p.m. — Drags
Sonny's BBQ will be provided at the track that night.
Nov 16
10 a.m.–4 p.m. — Car show under the pavilion.
6 p.m.–10 p.m. — Awards Banquet
So can day 2 am be make up if the drags are rained out?

We are autocrossing and drag racing on the same day?

No we can't. The events page only goes through Oct.

Hopefully, future years can go back to Sept/ Oct. We are out as long as it is in Nov. Conflicts with family/ holidays.

Yeah, not much time to sort out the car's set up changes

Wow. Guess I missed something.
uggh.
The Nelson (PACC) car usually undergoes hours of changes from autocross trim to drag.
Even my lowbrow cars have some changes to be made.
Well, this should prove to be interesting. No more Concourse!!!

In reply to aussiesmg:
It's not just the set up changes.
It's the cool morning air for the drags, the exhausted driver, the FL heat on cars without AC, etc. etc.
I don't ever remember not being totally worn out by 2:00 in the afternoon, with no morning registration. That's 2 hours before the drags even start.

Wait a minute...
Is the "Car Show" not the same as the concourse?
Is the scoring being calculated differently?
Where the heck have I been???
Are we sharing the drags with a test and tune night ?
I can see a lot of cars exploding by the end of Friday.
And I could be wrong... the car show could just be everyone doing Concourse all at the same time.

Not according to the track's schedule

That's what I'm assuming, and I do like! :D
Have they put a bigger pavilion in? 30+ cars in the old blue one is going to be tight. Add some rain to the mix and it will be downright crowded.
So, is holding both races on the same day for scheduling purposes, or is it to force people into running a similar setup for both timed events?

The car show is after they all dun blowd up?

There's a "Schedule" button on the sidebar of the event page, which you can see on the home page.

I'm sorry for the confusion: The car show is concurrent with the concours judging. The idea is that everyone gathers 'round, hangs out and eyeballs each other's cars all up close and personal while the judges do their thing.
Yes, autocross and drags in the same day. If you have hours of setup changes to do, get your fast autocross time done in the morning while the weather's cool and your car is making max power. You'd probably want to run the drag later for the same reason.
Don't think you have time? Hey, it's called a "challenge."
And if you blow up before the concours, you won't be the first car to roll to the judges under human power.
Good luck.
It now does not sound like much fun for solo efforts.
In reply to Gasoline:
Kinda agree, but at the same time. Rarely is it a solo effort if you get there early and make some "friends" the night before. Random people walking through the pits often pitch in a hand even if only for a few minutes. I remember well Mr. Pruitt running away when we were changing springs without a spring compressor on our RX7 one year. Thing is, you don't need one for miata springs on RX7 shocks.
Ouch! The dynamic scores will be in before the concourse. So people will know what Concourse score they will need to win. Concourse suddenly became a lot more important. (It used to be that you knew the drag time you needed to win.)
It might be time to go to Olympic style concourse scoring where the high and low judge scores are dropped so one person can not determine the winner.
There was a team at a prior event that would have taken first in concourse if one judge's score was not far below the rest. Simple math says one person can select the winner without Olympic style judging.

Can't. AutoX starts at noon.
Just saying...
While i'm a little sad about the new format, let's be serious here....
It's November. It's not going to be balls friggin' hot like it was in 2012. If you're wanting 50 degree weather for maximum power, then i'd suggest organizing your own event in a state that isn't, you know.... Florida.
