Wrapping up a DOD/AFM delete on my Silverado, but can’t figure this out and I’m losing my damn mind.
Service manual says to add coolant to the cold line however, when I do this, it pours out of an overflow hole in the bottom of the coolant tank. What the hell am I missing??? 
"Hole in the bottom of the tank' seems very wrong to me.
Figured this out and yes, I’m stupid. The hole in the bottom is an overflow. If you fill the tank too fast (which I was doing), it leaks out.
Topped off coolant and the world is whole again.
