True, but i'd feel pretty weird about replacing a manual Cherokee with an automatic Miata.
But i think i've learned that "No, they have not gotten that cheap."

Considering the traffic I have to deal with when I commute, an automatic makes sense for my needs. Plus autocrossing an auto is easier, IMO.
I wouldn't buy a NA or NB Miata with an auto since they are 3-speed units and the engines are small enough that you need the extra gears.

I have. I'm just patently (and probably pathologically) averse to automatic anything.

There's not many NC's for sale around here at any price but, aside from that, the NA and NB prices seem to be a lot lower than they were this winter. Weird.
