yeah, they drop weight easily and gain power even easier. We'll see what this winter brings with the finishing of the SooperKia. I'd like to make ~170-175whp when done with matching torque. Because of my sunroof, I am about as light as this car will ever get at 2750-ish. It's drop another 100lbs without the sunroof, but used cars you don't always get everything you want.

In theory, maybe. In practice, the likelihood of them actually following this mantra seems to be inversely proportional to the amount of magazine hype it has as being the next enthusiast 'it car'.

That's the other hilariousness.... the Forte is a GS car with a PAX of .806. So stock the car has a harder PAX than modified with ST mods. If that doesn't make you scratch your head! You'd be stupid to run the car in street class over street touring for the PAX alone.
