What happens with the Bribes at The Challenge? Is there a Hello Kitty lamp sitting on Tim's Desk? Was there a full garbage can left at the hotel?
I actually would like to hear stories about what happened with Challenge Bribes. Our $2011 bribe is still is stilll in the planning stages, but it should be even Pinker than last year.
As a non-challenger (yet) do the bribes actually do anything are are they just a fun side thing?
What I mean is has a lesser car ever done better than a better car in concours because there team had a better "bribe".
After drinking a beer that has pink elephants on the label, even an ugly car can look like a shiny Enzo.

Technically, the bribes don't do anything. they're just for fun.
As far as what happens afterwards, it depends. If you bribe with something cool, we'll keep it. If it's crap, then we'll throw it away, but only after trying desperately to find a facet of our lives where it belongs. Typically, the staff fights over the best bribes after the event. Except the alcohol. That's usually evenly distributed between staffers, but some of it stays in the GRM fridge.
Off the top of my head, I can recall that Karl's pig head is currently on the wall of the Suddard family lake house. The prison tattoo gun is in JG's desk drawer. The Georgia Tech trophy is proudly displayed in the GRM conference room. The hello kitty lamp is in somebody's office, I think either Nancy or my mom. The Louisville slugger is in Gary's shipping room in case the mailman acts up. Al Taylor's magazines mysteriously disappeared, but Joe now works with his office door closed. 
I ate most of the brownies/ cookies/ cupcakes. And the last thing I can remember is that each judge proudly displays his Mahle piston on his desk, even Rennie (if you've seen his desk at Redline Bimmer Performance you know what an honor this is).
Oh and the soup lives next to the microwave in case somebody is hungry.
