I have an 89' Crx Si, all stock. I'm looking for a replacement passenger door due to rust. I know about the molding differences from the 88-89 and 90-91. I found one but the guy isn't for sure from what year. It has the seatbelt on the door, mine is also on the door. The molding looks more like the 90-91, but can't tell. He's 1 1/2 hours away too. Any wisdom about crx doors...anyone? Bravenrace? I need one baaaaad.

88 has traditional seat belts, mounted on the B-pillar. 89 has door mounted seat belts. 90-91 have the motorized decapitation shoulder belts, I believe. So, if this door has both shoulder and lap belts in the door, snag it!

And somebody please correct me if I'm wrong about the decapitation belts in the CRX. I know my 91 Civic wagon had them.

I have '89 Civic doors. If you pick them up at the guys house I bought them form (they didnt fit in the truck after he sold me the racecar and everything else, so I left them there) you can have them. He lives in very upstate NJ, almost on the NJ/NY border
