I checked out Rod Hall and it is pretty cool. I still don't see how you can call someone winning specials in the Dakar Rally a poser though.
Rod started out racing the H1 hummer before it was called the H1. He started winning production classes way back when.. Like 1967 and the 1st Baja 1000.
He's also about 60 million years old and still racing.

He started racing hummers in 93. His hummer was basically stock and had this really cool American Flag paint job. Everyone started laughing at him, until he started winning.
For some reason i thought that Carlos Sainz had died some time ago.... Took me a whole episode to realize that the Sainz VW was THE SAINZ.
