So the car got hot going up Monarch Pass, but slowing down and turning on the heat cooled it back down. It was it's normal self the rest of the day.
The right rear suspension is acting broken.

Kinda hard to break a torsion rod. How is the suspension "acting" broken?
Probably blown dampers. The rear is soft enough that the gas pressure actually contributes meaningfully to ride height, so that explains the squat as well. Plus riding low like that and especially if the dampers are blown it's probably all over the bump stops which are hard rubber pucks iirc.
