Ok, took a peek to see who was near me and Colorado is berkin blank. Lets fix that, can someone add me? I can provide:

Attached garage, Most common tools, air compressor, jack, space to park trailer/RV, 110/220v, beer, troubleshooting, often a spare bedroom. Nothing fancy.

No towing rig, dirt road, way up in the mountains. Good brakes required! Part store 35 min away, city an hour+.

I have a tiny garage that is crammed full of junk.  No lift, but I have a jack.  Also carry remedial tools in my truck for light mobile work.

My previous location is my father's place and he has a 40x40 garage (also crammed full of junk).  I would say leave the original location on the map as well if you can since I'm sure Dad wouldn't mind if I helped someone out in his place.

I'm in the Lakeline Apartments in Leander, TX. No garage, but I have a metric buttload of tools and we have a designated work area for cars. If a bigger space is needed, my mom's got 11 acres about 15 miles north, and has a ton of tools of her own. Text is the best way to get a hold of me, I'm in the 512 area code, 412 prefix, 1849 suffix.

I have a 2.5 car garage packed with about every hand tool necessary, copious amounts of power tools, TIG and MIG welder, plasma cutter, compressor, a couple jacks, a small farm of jack stands, well stocked beer fridge, plenty of coffee and two 3D printers.

Storage unit full of extra LS parts and more tools is about 6 miles north of me on the other side of I94. There's a couple speed shops a mile down the road that are a good source for more exotic or specialty parts in a pinch.
