I have not personally run them. From talking to Spec E46 drivers at events, I hear that they're significantly faster than the RRs but also need some setup changes.
They do not seem to be as fast as R7s, so despite the visual similarity they aren't just R7s with a different sidewall marking.
I have about 3 1/2 hours on a set on my Spec E46. The felt pretty good to me but I can't compare to any other tires(new car). I'm still tweaking the car set up, I'll have more data to look at this weekend.
