Mostly already discussed here (With Many randomly Capitalized words). And just about every other search result ever for "4T80".
And mostly actually done here (except that still used the N*, and had much more ground clearance. Also, I'm thinking flip the engine+trans 180deg and then use front and rear diffs mounted 'backwards'+upside down)
