Was looking over footage from an autocross fun run yesterday and found that a wheel locked up long enough to produce a big puff of smoke, I don't think I've ever seen ABS allow a wheel to stay locked that long before. The pavement was a bit bumpy where it happened and it felt like an ordinary ABS chirp from the driver's seat. Anything to be worried about?
Nah. I had to watch the video twice to spot the smoke. That was momentary lockup, then ABS did it's thing and/or you were off the brakes.
Good ABS was an advantage on Sunday! Maybe it was mad at you for all those handbrake turns lol
