About 1 and a third. There's still plenty of pre-load, and they're open-ended springs so it's not done in an unsafe manner. It's just more dramatic than I thought.

Preload isnt as important as shock travel, you can tie a ziptie around the strut rod and drive around, jack it back up and see how far up the ziptie was pushed by the strut

The shock has enough travel to be comfortable, but won't cause the car to bottom out under full compression.
Looks like the tops of the tires are even with the fender edge. I like that.
