Nice! Were you guys able to drive it vs. any other cars for comparison? I find it infuriating that BMW stopped putting limited slip diffs in their cars.

I really like this car! It will be interesting to see what the aftermarket does with a twin turbo M.

We drove it against the same car with the automatic transmission, and found it to be slower on track. Other than that, we didn't compare it against anything else directly... yet.

This is the car I would want, but yes mechanical LSD would be really nice to have. How did it stand up to the punishment in terms of power delivery and heat?

I will be interested to find out what the twin turbo does to on-track reliability when it's doing 30 days a season with 150k miles on the odo.

It's a good looking car - but they can keep their puffers.

It stood up to the punishment admirably–we didn't have any of the issues that we had with our BMW 335i project car.

Oh, and there's only one (twin-scroll) turbo.
