For my RX-7 I ended up making a set of hub centric rings on the lathe. They are made out of plastic and only center the wheel long enough to get the bolts tight. After that the clamping force of the bolts keep the wheel centered. From what I have read, a properly torqued wheel should not put any side load on a lug bolt or stud.
I have never seen a wobble nut, nor do I want to.

What's a wobble nut?
The name itself sounds counter to what I'd want my wheels to be doing.

These only work if the wheels are hubcentric, obviously.
I have run 5x4 inch Mopar Rallye Wheels on my Neon. 5x4 is equal to 5x101.6mm. They slipped right on my 5x100mm studs and centered fine. Never had a problem using them. Same may work with 4x108mm if the lug holes were big enough.
