On my 97 XK8, the 4 prong connector for the TPS fell apart (well, not completely. But enough to be useless). This is a common problem on the AJ26. Anyway, in the hunt for a replacement, a guy on a Jag group recommended this

It's a bit too small. I should have done a trial fit before wiring it up, SMDH. Anyway, does anyone haveca suggestion on getting one slightly larger and is there a way to do sizing on these?

Is that a Ford era Jaaaaaaaaag? If so, I'd be looking at their catalogs.

Maybe Corsa Technic has one? Here's their 4-way connectors, a lot of them have measurements listed.

It is. Ford and Land Rover used the AJ26

UK Land Rover suppliers are really good, maybe hit one of them up for info?

Hmmm... Ford connector-view diagrams will call out a part number for the connector shell and the terminals.  Sometimes a pigtail kit.  I have used those part numbers to cross reference to an aftermarket source.

The issue is that it wasn't necessarily the entire engine that was used in other configurations. The LS and TBird used the 3.9 and not sure if it's really the AJ26 and not the AJ27. For example

Who made the throttle body?  That will be key.

There are few companies actually making the electric components.  I've compared throttle bodies from Ford, Chrysler, and someone else (been so long that I forgot) and they all bolted up the same and had the same connector.  IIRC it's basically Bosch, Magneti-Marelli, Denso, and Hitachi.
