On the cheap, the hardest part will be the exhaust manifold. You should be able to get away with light boost on the hardware, especially if they can use e85.

i know i have seen "Flex Fuel" badges on box Escapes, but IDK yet which engine(s) those would have. regarding the exhaust manifolds, i'm sure someone here can CNC the flanges and I can fab the rest of it.
this concept excites me more than it should. i mean my friend.
