Did you let the transmission shift by itself instead of manually shifting? I believe the gt500 has a dual clutch. Don't understand why Ford doesn't use it in this car.

Not sure why Ford wouldn't have given you all one with a manual and the handling package. If they knew you were going to track it then seems like a total bonehead move on their part.
