Is there a bolt on clutch pedal assembly for the Volvo 960?

I don't think 960's came with a manual in the US, but would a 240,740, or a 940 pedal assembly work?

I kinda of remember seeing someone modify a 240 cluster to fit. I'll try and research tonight.

Ok did some quick research and it looks like the 740/760/960 pedal boxes are the same.  I've never seen a manual any of those.  Europe might be your best chance.

IIRC the 7 series is the same aside from the rear suspension.

There definitely were manual trans 7 series in the US.  Most of them were 4 speed plus overdrive, just like an MGB, but I think the last year or two of production had a 5 speed transmission.  I spent some time in a manual turbo 740 wagon with the 4 speed/overdrive, which was way more fun than a big four cylinder car should be.  Splitting gears with the overdrive unit was actually really nice...

Any 7/9 series would work, 240 would require modification. There are enough 7 series manuals out there that there is no point trying to make a 240 pedal box fit.

Thanks for all the replies. I will start hunting for a 7 series pedal assembly.
