My list is long....

Delta Integrale, Alfa 155 Q4 (same as integrale pretty much with less rally tax), R32 GTR, Alfa GT GTA, S15 Silvia, Nissan Stagea Autech 260RS (nissan wagon with GTR drivetrain), any Alpina 3.5l E30, Pulsar GTIR, ST205 Celica GT-Four, 22B STI, Legacy STI S401, Legacy Blitzen, Skyline RS-X, Clio V6....

There are some cars I would buy if they are convenient to obtain, like those twin turbo era Subaru Legacies, but wouldn't bother since I have to import them. I would import a Integrale, 155Q4, GTR, or some of those others.

I would really like one of these.

It would be like a volvo V70R but infinitely superior in every possible way.

These are all cars I could realistically afford now but am denied.

At the prices these are going for this would be my buy.

I thought this thread was about what new car one would buy if it were offered here, not what used car one would import. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

In any case, something like this might be nifty:

This is the South Africa-spec Chevrolet Utility, also sold in Brazil as the Chevrolet Montana, and in Mexico as the Chevrolet Tornado. This is the right-size pickup I want to buy.

Pretty much Sonic-sized, and Sonic priced. If I could get one with the Sonic's 1.4T/6-speed manual, I'd be signing papers at a Chevrolet dealer tomorrow.

2013 RS4 Avant.

Stretching the definitions a bit, the 2013 RS6 Avant too. :)

This. I would have had the xt if it came in a manual in the states. That said I love my X model with 5 speed.

+1, if we're talking fairly new cars I could reasonably afford. If Mazda sold this car here I could be in trouble... In the used market the list is longer and more varied and I have no idea about prices.

Likewise, although if VW offered the Polo GTI here, I'd try to find some room in the budget.

With DSG, please. New cars have such weird throttle response that driving a manual is an exercise in altering your habits to keep from lurching and generally feeling foolish, might as well just let HAL take care of the transmission as well.

Another vote for the Holden Ute. I'd buy one of those in a heartbeat, though it's a pity you can't get the manual with the AFM V8...

Good tastes.......if I couldn't get my hands on one of those, I would instead contract a SHOGUN to be built by a guy in Canadastan that is working on replicating Beck's build and adding a bit more modern things to them. Should handle similarly to the clio v6.

My Goddess does Alfa make some great looking cars. Even though this one is stanced and has 4 doors I'd still rock that!...if I could afford it...
