We removed all the stickers right after judging. This happened on one of the number panels.
It took all the way down to the metal so at least my paint stuck to the primer. Did I do something wrong? Is the rest of the paint going to lift? Just one of those things because the number panel was on fresh paint?

It was either due to being on fresh paint, or there was some grease/oil/dirt in that spot. Did you wipe it down with mineral spirits or the like and a tac cloth before you primed? If yes, it is due to fresh paint.
