This is a rear toe arm from my RX7 and this is the result of a barrel roll into ze woods. I need to replace the heims and bolts and whatever this conical bushing is. What is it called though?!

Sorry to hear about your off, sounds bad. I had some aftermarket toe links and trailing arms on the FD that used heim joints. They had custom spacers like that but they came with the kit and weren't available on their own. Maybe the manufacturer of the kit can ship you replacement parts?
Without seeing the other end just outside the pic it looks to me like an adapter to go from the rod end's straight bore to the bolt in taper of the steering knuckle or whatever it was attached to.
I think the winner is "Rod end spacer"
And video of the roll for those interested <img src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/rxVs6-Fps2Q" />
Couple of names: Monoball pin, bump steer pin/spacer.
You need to know the taper of the RX7 knuckle to get the right replacement.
Ouch. I think I'm going to go out to the shop and double check the adjustment on my arm restraints now.
Taper adapter, misalignment spacer, conical spacer. We use the term "taper adapter" for the pieces in our Mopar steering kits.
Could you cut the bolt just after the spacer and reused it?
OUCH, if it's tapered like a ball joint your looking for a bumpsteer kit or Monoball pin kit. monoball kit
