Looking at Metro Ford of OKC, just for fun, I noticed they have two '19 Base Mustang GT, 6 spd, advertised below $30k. They even have a base Ecoboost approaching $21k.
And I'm sure you could get both down much lower.

Last year I almost jumped on a '18 Base GT, 6spd, the same place had advertised at 28,9.
They are also a Roush dealer, if that's your kind of thing.
That have some great prices. I like the ruby red premium gt with the 10 speed auto (I know, I know) for 37k.
