There are a pile of Ebay sellers selling Motorcraft coils for my F-150. Coil part number corresponds with Rockauto and Vatozone. Same with the spark plugs. I'm leery, as they seem to be selling OEM coils for incredibly cheap. Like too cheap to be legit. The one I had my eye on is this: Ebay Coil-plug Kit . The only way I can think of them getting away with selling so cheap is quantity. Like I bought a pallet of coils, and if I clear $10 on a thousand kits, I'm up 10k kind of things. Seller is in the US and had almost perfect feedback. Would you pull the trigger?

I might gamble on the coils, but years ago I bought some suspiciously cheap plugs. A few months later part of the electrode broke off and embedded itself in my piston. The engine rebuild was significantly more than the $4 that I had saved on suspect spark plugs

Fake Motorcraft coils are out there.  Here is a video about spotting the differences.  The video discusses plugs and coils - the coil discussion starts about 10 minutes into the video.  Based on the video, the ones in your link seem to me to be fakes - the bags don't have the vent holes at the bottom and the spring contacts don't stick out  and don't have the grease on them.  How well do the fake ones work?

I can't speak for the Ebay coils but I bought a set of these from Amazon for the P71 because I needed a set the next day. Three years later they are still in the car and still working properly. Are they are good as OEM? Probably not, but for $80 they were good enough.

I noticed this when I did my expedition coils - there are a lot of fake motorcraft parts out there.  I wound up getting some aftermarket "known china made" performance coils for not much more $$ than the knockoffs.  I figured the knockoffs may be crap coils in motorcraft bag but the "performance" coils may actually be OK.  I cant remember the brand but they were yellow and came in a custom fit box. They worked fine...
