The cool thing about it is that you can have 90, but this is a 140cc

belteshazzar, ask any question you like. I am working on this in realtime and I am figuring things out as I go along. I am surprised at how quickly things are coming together.

Seriously though, it won't let me access your tumblr. It says "request denied". Maybe your privacy settings are set too tightly?
will look into that. I am new to Tumblr, so I am not sure what I am doing there, but will try to fix it. See if this works: cafe racer

That did it. HAWT.
More progress. The 140cc engine is mounted and footpegs are mounted to the bigger engine. Next exhaust.

I only want to go 10mph, but I want to get there quickly LOL. It will be removed. I has a double sprocket. An outer one for offroad, and an inner one for street. I am half tempted to see what it would feel like. I could probably do stunts
It will still do 30mph with the big sprocket. And yes, first gear can climb straight up a hill at a walking pace. I run that big sprocket on my trials bike.

Chris H. Would there be any reason for me to try this big sprocket on the street? I have never seen this low a gear in my life. I guess it was designed to compensate for the lack of hp?

No reason at all for the street. It was just a big sprocket that could be run if you were doing trail use. Being able to put along at 3mph in 1st gear can be handy when the trail is narrow or steep.
4th gear will top out at 30mph with that big sprocket.
Thanks

FYI, two of my dozen or so little bikes:
C100 with a 125 motor I use for Trials. Notice the huge rear sprocket:
And a Trail 55 I rat rodded, running a 140cc engine. With a 17t front sprocket, and the 2.75x17 rear tire, it runs 70mph:

That rat rod is awesome...are the brakes up to the task? Is it stable going that fast?
