That's the issue, it has been hacked. The starting and ignition systems specifically. I'm sure I can piece it back together, but buying a complete harness is usually easier, and I hate electrical crap.
But if the harness is expensive I have incentive to do the work. I guess I'll have to decide what I want to do with it first, and then assess the condition of the wiring.
