And another.

Yes, Ted Dansen.
BTW, I wasn't suggesting that new seasons would be appropriate for The Good Place. They wrapped it up well.
In reply to stroker :
Adventures in Paradise a 1950's show about sailing a wooden schooner in the South Pacific.
Also have to vote for Firefly.
(Although I could totally watch another couple seasons of The IT Crowd.)

Ted Danson as a bitter, angry doctor in New York.
I loved Cheers. I loved The Good Place. I should probably watch Becker.
Given today's climate, bring back All in the Family. Attacking bigotry, race, and cultural issues with humor. Including Sanford & Son and The Jeffersons for the same reasons.

Is that the truth or just a myth?

+1. Although recasting Ron Glass would be tough. There have been some rumblings about a continuation some years later with a new crew based on Wash and Zoe's daughter. I've seen nothing more than rumors, tho...
I agree about Stargate Universe - it would have been nice to see that story line go the full length.
Similar with Star Trek Enterprise. That series ending was painful.
I would have liked to have seen another season or three of Coupling (British version), although I think they finished the stories they wanted to tell.
Being Human - both the British and American versions - which while similar in the beginning, diverged in story lines as the two series progressed, which was cool. Both were good in their own ways.

Myth. Adam Savage has mentioned in his YouTube videos he has a long list of story ideas he has accumulated since the end of the show. However, he has also said the chances of he and Jamie ever working together again are slim at best.
Wow, I can't believe I didn't think of Monty Python. Heck throw some Benny Hill in there too. Some obvious issues with mortality here of course.
Mythbusters is a good one. I am a bit surprised they haven't done some sort of reboot on that (I know about White Rabbit)
I can also add Top Gear. When it was good, it was great. Thankfully Roadkill gets close many times.
