That's from January 10. The article announcing the reboot came out on the 18th.

Hmm... the King of the Hill reference in that article was passing at best, so I would not be surprised if it still turns out to be false.

I wonder if Judge had a contract with Fox regarding the series that ran out at 25 years? If he wanted to restart the series he was obligated to give Fox first refusal and for whatever reason didn't want that?  I guess we'll find out one way or another eventually.

There have been rumors of this for years. I'll believe it when I see it. 

Judge did mention back in 2017 or 2018 that a reboot would have aged characters. So there's that. I wonder what they'd do with LuAnn seeing as Brittany Murphy, and Tom Petty (who played her husband) have both passed.
