Most importantly, filter out the word "fits". As an example I just did a search for BMW 325ix and got 53,539 hits. I then did a search on BMW 325ix -fits and the number dropped to 2,176.
"Autoart 1/18 diecast".
Historically, "F 4 Phantom" and "Ejection seat" have gotten me into trouble.

That doesn't always work for me. I lose a lot of legitimate hits as well as the JDM/xenon/fuel saver/etc. crap.
