Hey guys, I'm in the Bangor ME area and I'm having a heck of a time trying to find a heated 500 sqft shop for my small woodworking business. Anyone have any tricks for finding this kind of space? Seems like the only stuff available is cold garages or 20,000 sqft warehouses.
Any ideas, no matter how spitballed, are appreciated. I'm in a bit of a bind!

500 sqft is 20x25 or about the size of a two car garage.
Have you tried to sublease a small portion of a larger building?
When I think of Maine and woodworking, I think of Wooden Boat Building. Maybe look into this industry and try renting space from an existing shop.
