If they were smart, they would play this whole thing off as a gigantic plot by some super villian (let's call him The Puppet Master) who has taken over the minds of most of the wrestlers.

After discovering this are maybe breaking the spell somehow, some of the wrestler (some former enemies) gang together to try and take him down at one of the big matches. Perhaps, some of those who not under control, and who break the spell are former famous wrestlers. The result is a huge brawl between the mind controlled ones and the "free" ones with a total mix of "good" and "bad" guys on each side.

At the conclusion, after defeating the Puppet Master, there can be a moment of confusion as the spell wears off, a moment of recognition that former enemies have teamed up... then a realization that they are still enemies and another huge brawl breaks out!
