Excellent! I have received my victim's location and name.  (enable stalking mode)

Edit: Well, that was easy! Maybe the NSA should hire me. 

Welp, the bar is awful high this year. Good thing I started early. 

Edit- for the second time, I know exactly who my victim is. They're not gonna like me. 

I have 0 clue who my victim actually is so that's fun. Trying to decide if I'm gonna stalk or just wing it.

Victim name received, muhahahahaha! Now to get a flashlight to dig into the corners of the toolbox for obscure tools and obsolete parts.

I have done this blind every year so far and am not going to stalk, just pile in a bunch of crap and send it.

I've also done this blind every year. I did some mild stalking this time because I have a pile of parts from a few departed vehicles that I wouldn't mind getting put to use, but I can't figure out who my victim is. Blah, you're getting them anyway!

Based on his name and address Vs screen name and location, I know who my victim is.  Unless there is another person in that same area with that name.
