Who has the day off because their name is Patrick? This guy.
Or maybe we just got this week's work done in 3 days and this is a pleasant byproduct
Just remember today is amateur hour for drinkers, stay safe. We're taking the train downtown to the parade to stay clear of the people that think drinking at 7am is acceptable

Humble brag:
Today I celebrated St. Patrick's Day in the Guiness Brewery in Dublin, Ireland.
It was like being present at the Big Bang.
O don't care for my maternal Ui Eilidhe (O'Haley) Irish roots, much prefering to celebrate my paternal Ui Duibne (O'Doone) and Sporran, Irish Scots ancestors, who ultimately became Clan Campbell of Scotland. But I'm ultimately Irish from both ends, so today I'll toast La'Fheile Padraig with Irish Whiskey, and each November 30th I lift a wee heavy ale, or two, or three, to Latha Fèill Anndrais (Saint Andrew, of Scotland).

I'll have another Smithwicks tonight I suppose!
My bloodline is mostly irish and i cant stand beer. Maybe im broken, ill have a small glass of whiskey to celebrate after work.
Today is my wife's birthday as well. We don't drink beer, and she isn't Irish, but we enjoy the day anyway.
I'm about half Irish, half Scottish. Apparently the American has taken over because I don't have any green on.
Happy St. Paddies day.
